Perfect for breakfast, pre workout or simply with a well deserved cup of coffee ☕️ This is a really versatile recipe where you can swap in and out the dried fruit, nuts and seeds and use up what you have in the cupboard! Top with whatever you fancy... I chose coco nibs :)
Cocoa Nut Balls
Ingredients
* 2 cups rolled oats
* 3 cups prunes
* 3/4 cup good quality cocoa powder
* 1/2 cup peanut butter
* 1/2 cup salted cashews
*1/2 cup desiccated coconut
* pinch of salt flakes
* 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
* 1 tablespoon coconut oil
