Personal Training

I offer personal training; this typically is one or two 50-minute sessions per week either at your home or at Ardington Sports Club. We follow a three-step process:

  1. Initial assessment 

  2. Assess your goals - | Lose Weight | Build Muscle | Overall Health |  

  3. Create a plan 

Group Personal Training

I offer group personal training for groups of 2-4; these sessions are bespoke and centred on the goals and abilities of each member.

    Staying fit and healthy is easier than Instagram, magazines and the health columns lead you to believe. You don’t need special equipment, fancy plans or point systems, just a pair of trainers and a water bottle! —————————————————
