I truly believe that the health benefits of socialising are just as important as the ones from exercise. That's why we are putting the two together! Exercise in the fresh air outside in the glorious countryside, followed by coffee at the club house.

After almost a year of takeaway drinks, and limited ( to say the least) socialising , I really can not wait to be able to meet new people and catch up over a cup of good coffee!
