Autumn Wellness and Feast with Hester, Britt and Yana

A day of wellness including an Autumn walk and fitness with Hester, slow and flow yoga with Yana and a nutrition workshop ‘Eat well to feel well” with Britt…all followed by harvest feast!

Our day will start at 10:30am where you will be welcomed with our homemade sparkling apple mocktail.

At 10:45am we will leave for our Autumn walk and light fitness session with Hester. This will be a fun and relaxed fitness session suitable for all. 

At 11:30am we will take a breather, enjoy some treats whilst Brittany leads a Nutrition workshop titled ‘Eat well to feel well’ followed by a Q&A, have your questions ready! 

Starting at 12.00am Diana will lead you through a 60 minute slow flow yoga stretch. We will begin gently, moving to some standing poses and ending with a relaxation and short meditation.

At 12:45 Hester and Nina will have prepared a delicious and nutritious lunch buffet. Fill your plate and enjoy lunch after a morning of energising exercise. 

The event will draw to a close at 2:30pm.

Should a national lockdown take place all guests will be fully refunded or offered an alternative date.

About Hester : I am a level 3 personal trainer and baking addict!  I have always been interested in fitness, being outdoors, and feeling healthy.For me being outdoors and exercising go hand in hand. I love the countryside, no matter what the weather! There is nothing more energising than stepping out into the fresh air and getting a sweat on. There is something about being outside that detaches you from the stresses of life and brings you back down to earth. 

About Brittany : I'm Britt, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) working in industry within R&D and healthcare professional communications .I love the variety working in nutrition brings and working with science that can help people to be healthier! My undergraduate degree was in Sport and Exercise Sciences which is where my interest in sports nutrition comes from and I am a SENr Graduate registrant

About Diana: I love teaching yoga and hope to encourage more people to enjoy the amazing benefits of yoga. I teach Hatha yoga but have practised various styles and I am also interested in Meditation and Yoga Therapy and have done further study in this area. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga (500 hours) ten years ago.
