Honey Seed Energy Balls
I made these little balls of goodness with Laura our family friends locally homemade honey! I love knowing where my ingredients have come from and it really doesn’t get much closer to home than that!
You will need :
230g Honey
3/4 cup nut butter
Vanilla essence
2 cup rolled oats
1 cup mixed seeds
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup sultanas
Method:
Combine all of the wet ingredients in a bowl.
Add the dry ingredients.
Mix.
Roll into balls.
Leave in fridge for 1 hour to set.
EAT! ... It’s as simple as that 😌
