Ferrero Rocher Energy Balls

Ingredients


1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup rolled oats
8 large medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp almond butter
2–3 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
extra hazelnuts for the centre

Instructions

* In a food processor, pulse hazelnuts almonds and oats until broken down into a breadcrumb texture.

* Combine the mix with the dates, almond butter, cacao powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt and process until a dough-like texture begins to form.

* Take 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and press one roasted hazelnut into the centre. Roll into a ball and pack tightly to form your bliss ball. Repeat until all of the mixture has been rolled.

* Dip each ball into melted chocolate followed by the reminding chopped hazelnuts
