10:00 Am - Welcome Drinks. Pick up a glass of hot spiced apple juice and get ready to settle in for a morning of wellness.
10:15 Am - Group Fitness. Let’s work up a sweat! We’ve got this!
11:00 - Pilates. And breath… Time to slow down, breath, stretch and unwind.
11:30 - Post Workout Snack
11:45 - Winter’s Walk. We are heading outdoors, taking in the beautiful surroundings and connecting with nature.
12:45 - Seasonal Lunch. 2 Course Lunch Provided by Nina Gaylard Catering
