Join us for a morning of refreshing exercise, followed by a healthy and delicious brunch. This event is all about recharging, having fun, and enjoying a mix of fitness and relaxation in a friendly atmosphere.

Itinerary

9:30 AM – 9:45 AM: Welcome Drink

  • Welcome drink.

  • Meet the group and get ready for a fun, active morning.

9:45 AM – 10:15 AM: Fitness Session

  • Kick off with a Fitness session, open to all levels.

  • We’ll focus on a mix of bodyweight exercises and cardio to get you moving and energised.

  • Expect a fun, friendly workout that gets your heart pumping!

10:15 AM – 10:45 AM: Pilates

  • Focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • The session will be mindful and restorative—perfect for de-stressing.

  • No previous Pilates experience is needed.

10:45 AM – 11:30 AM: Walk & Stretch

  • Take a relaxed walk in the local area, enjoying some fresh air and a chance to unwind.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Brunch

  • Refuel with a nutritious brunch, including a range of healthy and seasonal dishes.

  • A great time to chat and relax after a busy morning.

12:30 PM: Goodbye & Small Gift

  • Before you go, take home a small gift, a little something to remember the day.
