New Beginnings with Hester and Yana

Start the year right with a day of fitness, stretch & meditation, new year goal setting all followed by a nutritious lunch.

Our day will start at 10:30am where you will be welcomed with a warming mulled mocktail.

At 10:45am Hester will lead you through a group fitness session. This will be a fun and relaxed fitness session suitable for all. 

At 11:30am We will take a breather and enjoy some homemade treats.  

Starting at 11.45am We will unwind and relax during 30 minutes of stretching and meditation with Yana.

At 12:15 It’s time to pick up a pen! We have cleared our minds and are now ready to think about what goals we want to set ourselves for 2022!

At 12:45 Hester and Nina will have prepared a delicious and nutritious lunch buffet. Fill your plate and enjoy lunch after a morning of energising exercise. 

The event will draw to a close at 2:30pm.

Should a national lockdown take place all guests will be fully refunded or offered an alternative date.

About Hester : I am a level 3 personal trainer and baking addict!  I have always been interested in fitness, being outdoors, and feeling healthy. For me being outdoors and exercising go hand in hand. I love the countryside, no matter what the weather! There is nothing more energising than stepping out into the fresh air and getting a sweat on. There is something about being outside that detaches you from the stresses of life and brings you back down to earth.
