What Will You Be Doing…

 

A fun group training session held in the glorious South Oxfordshire countryside. Throughout the class we will complete a full body workout challenging both our strength and fitness.

Throughout the session we will work through a series of functional movements that will challenge you whilst growing your fitness, strength, and core stability.

Who Is This Class For…

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you wake up and want to push yourself or fancy taking it a little slower, I encourage both. As long as you are listening to your body and enjoy your training then you are in the right place.

My group training sessions are for people that want more than to just turn up to a class because they feel like they should. This is for those that want to enjoy their exercise, meet new like minded people, be connected with nature and feel healthy!

FAQs

 

What should I wear?

Dress for the weather, you can always de-layer. Trainers with good grip are essential and if its wet please bring a waterproof layer.

Is this class all inclusive?

This class is for those aged from 16+ both women and men.

Do I need to be able to run far?

No, this is not a running class. We will however be including brisk walking, gentle jogging or a run ( only if you want to.)

I don’t want to feel left behind. Should I join when Im fitter?

Definitely not. We will always stick together. I am building a community where all levels of fitness are welcome.
